We ship products using trusted carriers like UPS, Fedex, USPS etc. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order weight, delivery ZIP code and other factors. All shipments are made using discreet standard packaging with no company branding.

Ez Straw aims for 100% buyer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the order delivery date to request a return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the items back to us.
Upon receiving the returned order in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price excluding shipping costs. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the earliest. Please allow 5-7 business days from initiation.

Ez Straw warrants that all our products will be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective merchandise at our discretion.

This warranty does NOT apply to:
